Repurposing a wooden deck. Far easier than the disposal of an old deck is giving it new life. End of Year 1
Year 2
At the start of the second year the bricks along the concrete (with the board on top in the following photo) had to be moved 3 inches in the direction of the deck. This involved demolishing the existing brick wall and re-mortaring the re-arranged bricks into what appears at first to be the same layout.
